| Kristof OSTIR is a Researcher in the Scientific Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts. He passed a B.Sc. in physics, M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in remote sensing, all in the University of Ljubljana. His main research fields are optical and radar remote sensing and their application. His complete bibliography contains more than 220 units, including 4 books, 40 scientific papers and more than 110 technical papers. He took part in several scientific conferences and visited as a research fellow, the Hasylab (DESY, Germany), the Institute for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (Technical University of Vienna, Austria), the Austrian Academy of Sciences (Austria) and the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (ThéMA, UMR 6049, France). He is currently employed as a researcher in the Centre for Scientific Research and, as a lecturer, in the University of Ljubljana. | ||
