Head Officer of the Department of Evaluation, Ministry of Social Welfare, Spain 1989-1993. Program Arranged for the Basic Benefits of Social Services that consisted and consists in the implantation and maintenance of a Public System of Social Services for all the population of all the territory of the Spanish State, through agreements between the Autonomic and Central administrations. | |

L’ACCEM est consciente de la nécessité de faire des recherches sur la réalité de manière continue pour améliorer la qualité de ses actions pour qu’elles correspondent toujours aux besoins réels de la société.
La réalité de la vie des réfugiés et des immigrants est dynamique et changeante, et exige un effort continu d’étude et de réflexion pour actualiser l’information et impulser de nouvelles actions. Le fruit de ce besoin est la création d’instruments propres de recherche-action.
