The day that precedes the conference is traditionaly devoted to the caENTI management. The caENTI scientific results will be globally presented within the conference framework.
The plenary sessions will be simultaneously translated. We will make our best to offer simple translation solutions in the workshops. We suggest drafting texts in several languages which will be distributed to the participants during the reception to the conference and preparing the « powerpoint » presentations in English and French.
Tuesday, October 14th: Welcome early birds
The participants’ reception on Tuesday, October 14th will take place in the MSHE Ledoux from 16h to 18h (2nd floor)
Wednesday, October 15th: caENTI coordination meetings
October, the 15th is devoted to the caENTI activities programming, but it is open to all the ideas, critics and suggestions of researchers and actors outside the caENTI. It is especially devoted to the management and diffusion activities: the annual international conference and the portal http://www.territorial-intelligence.eu). This year, we will also define the caENTI prospects, and especially the preparation of a project of network of excellence within the framework of the 7th FPRD. All the interested researchers are kindly invited to attend the corresponding session.

The Steering Committee attendance is limited to the representatives of the caENTI consortium’ participants, with one representative per participant. It will take place in the presence of M. Luca Rizzo, scientific officer in the Genral Direction Research of the European Commission. The coordinators of worck packages who are not representatives will also be invited.

Thematic workshops
The workshops will be organised into two types:
- In a classic way, with three presentations in each workshop (20 minutes for the presentation, 10 minutes for questions) or
- In a more synthetic form with a thematic presentation by the moderator that underlines the main issues, possibly illustrated by a communication, a brief answering time to the moderators' questions by the authors. This organization aims at giving more importance and time to the debate
